As a Management Trainee, You Will:
Build a strong foundation in client relations while contributing to a positive, motivated team environment.
Develop essential skills in customer engagement, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
Gain exposure to retail operations and client business strategies.
Assist in planning and managing team workloads to support monthly and quarterly goals.
Lead, mentor, and support team members as you progress, helping drive both sales performance and service excellence.
Participate in recruitment and team development efforts to help build high-performing, goal-oriented teams.
